Biography
Ahmed Salam is a French male model of Algerian descent. He was born in Perpignan, France and grew up there before leaving home for Paris at age 18, a few months before the COVID pandemic locked everything down. In Paris, he has worked a number of odd jobs, from custodial work to construction, before meeting a few connections in the local fashion industry. In 2023, he started modeling for smaller brands in fashion shows and in magazine shoots.
Interests
Ahmed is interested in culture and couture; the culture of Paris and France in general, but also fascinated by couture, which he can rarely afford. With his contacts in the fashion industry, he has been looking into becoming an apprentice tailor or atelier.
Second Life
In Second Life, Ahmed uses a Meshbody Legacy Male body with a LeLutka Camden head. These are paired with an Omar head skin and a Picasso Homme body skin, both from Velour and using the Rio tone. His hair is No Match No Okay while his eyes are Ikon Nomad.
Stylecards
Ahmed made his Idol début with us in Stylecards № 8, modeling clothes from Redangel Clothing Co. as well as tuxedos from some other designers. Additionally, he was our Threadsday model on December 4, 2025.
